The Rooftop

Refinery Rooftop is fun for a Wednesday lunch or happy hour. It’s a nice atmosphere on a sunny day with frosè in hand. The menu is a little overpriced - being in a hotel. Be prepared to beat off the basic suit at this midtown spot. We give it 4 stars!
